Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the VL Media Dashboard

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VL Media Dashboard (the “Service”) operated by VL Media (“VL Media”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a digital marketing agency based in Serbia. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The VL Media Dashboard is a platform through which our team manages client advertising and search campaigns, and through which clients can connect their advertising accounts and view the performance of those accounts. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Search Console through their official APIs.

2. Accounts and Authorization

To use the Service, you may need to create an account and connect one or more advertising or analytics accounts. When you connect an account, you authorize VL Media to access and, where applicable, manage that account’s campaign data on your behalf through OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Ensuring you have the authority to grant access to any advertising account you connect.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

You may revoke VL Media’s access to your connected accounts at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or the terms of the connected platforms (Google, Meta).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without our written permission.

4. Third-Party Platforms

The Service relies on third-party platforms and their APIs. Your use of those platforms through the Service is also subject to their respective terms and policies, including those of Google and Meta. VL Media is not responsible for changes, limitations, downtime, or discontinuation of third-party APIs that may affect the Service.

5. Client Data

You retain ownership of your own campaign and account data. You grant VL Media the limited right to access, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own data), is the property of VL Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or software beyond the limited right to use the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that campaign results will reach any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VL Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to VL Media for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia.
